Summer 2024 yoga fundraisers

If you are free tomorrow evening or next Wednesday evening the 31st July, you are invited to participate in a yoga fundraiser class.

 

Both classes will be at 7pm until 8.15pm at the St Patricks church hall (kindly donated).

 

All of the proceeds from the first will go to Doctors Without Borders and the second to the children’s charity Bernardos. They will be suitable for everyone from beginners to more experienced practitioners as the yoga exercise will be gentle and led by the breath.
